I favor the electric over the acoustic. I like synthesizers and distorted guitars and vocoders. I like an emphasis on production, musicianship, and extensive vamping.

Genres I especially enjoy include electro/chamber/ambient pop, trip-hop, dub, metal, and "indie" electronica (whatever that means).
