Who am I? That's the question on both of our minds right now and that's the question I've been trying to answer for the last 45 years or so... I'll start with what I know so far:

I'm American born & bred and Black by definition, so, if you're feeling creative, please feel free to read the rest of this with some passion and flava.

Try as I might, I can't escape the fact that I'm a textbook definition of a passionate lover- a thinker and a dreamer, atypical and independent... so give me a loose rein and I'll adore you in every way.

I'm always engaged in some form of self development, be it tempering my mind, body, spirit or personality. I've been exploring the depths of my spiritual side in recent times which I'm quite enjoying. As I ponder about the whys, the big questions and trying to piece it all together (both myself and the bigger picture) I find I become more liberated.

When I'm around others, I'm generally a social chameleon... ever so gently testing the differences to see if I can get those guards down and masks off (my own included) so that I can get to know the person beneath.

I'm fascinated by beauty in all forms and I'm eternally searching for new things that touch my soul as well as trying to understand how they do. My interests are in spending time with my son, international travel, writing, great dialog and music with a positive message.

I've been blessed with intelligence (or so I think…lol) and a vivid imagination so I'm prone to getting lost in my thoughts and dreams... hence the great visions and beautiful fantasies- in times of duress I use that vision to give me the drive and energy to lift myself up from the negative by foreseeing my dreams, visions and desires as reality.

The desires, that brings me nicely to my belief: Life is like a one way trip-but it’s up to the individual to choose if the trip is Coach, Business or First Class ... I desire to go First Class!
