I am restless and content to be so finally. Thank God for sound.... it keeps us alive. Some of the ladies I love to listen to include Nina, Billie and Ella, Badu, Winehouse, Bessie Smith, Nora Jones, and Goldfrapp. The Men include Miles(of course), Nusrat, Both of the Buckleys, Tom Waits, Dylan, Coltrane, Marley, Van Morrison etc. I enjoy anything with a horn section, world instruments , Philip Glass-like simplicity and/or soundtrack capability. For the poetry.... Again Dylan, Buckleys, Tom Waits....plus Townes, Patti Smith, The Smiths, Chris, and many more. Share anything Gypsy, anything Jazz, anything visual, anything woman, anything inspirational even if it is horrible.
