Alt-rock, "Grunge" era, acoustic and classic rock, Electronic: House, jungle, Drum n' bass, Hip-hop: most of the new stuff is excrement, I do like Kanye tho, Disco/Funk =P ......It can be beautiful & delicate or rock hard...if it's sung w/feeling and earnestness and has intelligent lyrics I'll like it. Heck, the lyrics can be totally inane, but if it's original and innovative with a good rhythm & beat, I'll probably like it. HATE contemporary country and don't listen to classical or jazz except on occasion.....Not too keen on screamo, although there are some bands I like that incorporate elements of it.
