Bio:
hmm... so I am a musician in my early 40's...I love live music and get out at least 1-3 nights per week to hear local and national bands. Being in Nashville I get the opportunity to see lots of incredible music frequently. Some of my best Nashville moments in the past 5 years include: a Wildflowers no advertising show that was in a 50 seat venue, on set at the filming of Neil Youngs Prairie Wind, Bon Jovi joining the house band onstage at Tootsies, Multiple Muzik Mafia family shows on the porch with the usual cast of characters, and last but not least Raul Malo (Mavericks) crooning with his big Cuban band.
I grew up playing bluegrass and western swing with family. When I turned 15 I realized girls like guys that played electric guitars. That became the beginning of my rebelious years and they took me into southern and classic rock bands. Then when I graduated HS I moved from the midwest to Southern Ca. This move introduced me to some really pissed off Punk! I got a few things pierced and dyed...Learned about Oingo Boingo and the Dead Kennedys and finally found out who I was..That was then this is now..a while ago obviously..I loved it then and still do... EXCEPT now.. being a bit older I have grown to appreciate all forms of music. So now depending on my mood determines what I listen to... I like all forms of instrumental music. I love jam bands, jazz (electric and traditional), country, folk, accoustic, POP...he he.. in my early 20's got married fell into R&B. in my 30's got divorced and plopped down into some grunge.. Now in my 40's I have gone full circle...Aint life grand!.. I cant wait to see what the next 40 years bring me!..
