Wide range. My favorite genre is metal, not the screamo and nu metal stuff, but real metal. I also listen to artists such as beethoven, public enemy, B.B. king, and the doors. I also like middle eastern and tribal music. basically everything except for emo, screamo,hair metal modern rap and pop, which hardly qualify as music. I play guitar, but I think of myself more as a musician. While I can do shred solos, I only do them when the song actually needs them
