I was raised on big bands and became a rabid Buddy Rich fan when I started drumming in the early '60s. A passion for fusion ( BS&T, Chick, Brand X, Weckl and countless others) followed and I learned piano, guitar and bass along the way. I learned to appreciate - and play - music that only musicians can understand. My horizons continue to broaden, and I continue to grow musically. Pandora plays a big role in exposure to new music and new artists.
