as a kid, i'd stick a transistor under my pillow to here the next beatles song; then came hurdy gurdy man by donovan, i can see for miles and miles from the who. later came rock and roll woman from buffalo springfield. crosby, stills, and nash became a focal point in my later teens along with james taylor and my own music was greatly influenced by these guys. later the styles of pat metheny, larry carlton, michael hedges, etc. helped to shape my guitar playing. currently billy mclaughlin and kaki king are favorites; what and who will be next? we'll see...
