I spend the majority of my time listening to music created outside of the USA. A couple examples are: Within Temptation, Nightwish, Utada, Gackt, etc. American artists I enjoy are: Kelly Clarkson, (old) Metallica, and lots of other rock/metal/alternative. I also enjoy: techno, game music, instrumental, operas, musicals, classical..you name it.

My pet peeves of music are most hip-hop/rap and country. Most because Will Smith and some others are entertaining without using profanity in every sentence if at all.

I'm 23 and live and breathe music, singing as far back as I can remember and playing instruments since 5th grade. Christian music has been a huge influence to my joy of singing, especially so with singing in my church choir for the past few years, but I will sing along to anything that stirs my passion for music as a whole.
