As a DJ, I was forced to play a ghastly mash of mindless pop, stupid country, and insipid old stuff. By the end of my daily shift my idle brain would be squirming out of my ears. In my off hours, I played the music I now program here -- music that stimulates thought. It didn't take long to discover that Frank Zappa was my patron saint. I'll never persuade the mainstream or even a significant minority to listen to this, but who cares. At Saint Frank said, in every community there's one person who really knows where it's at, and everyone else thinks he/she is unspeakably weird. That's who I want to reach with this, and if you'd leave a message saying that I got through, I would respond quickly and gratefully. Thanks for being interested enough to search this out.
