I love God so much, and also struggle daily with what goes on in my mind. Seeking God in all things is what I want to do, however, so often I am weak and choose the easier softer way, which only brings me unhappiness. Food, sexuality, self-image, sloth, dishonesty,pride, self centeredness.... I do not fully give these areas to God, and therefore fall short, which I guess keeps me human and humble and seeking His Grace and Mercy constantly.
Even Mother Theresa and the Saints in the Bible stumble, however, I think I should be "better" than I am, all the time, sounds like pride huh?
Where is my gratitude? Where is my trust in His Will?
I will continue to seek.
