When is comes to music I always tended to dig the bands that had a different sound then the rest. I grew up a hippies baby listening to 60’s & 70's Country & Acid stoner music. Welcome to the planet Mother &%$#@!. When the late 80's break dance, Sting, twirling guitars of ZZ Top were fading I looked to Grunge. When we got our fill of Metallica & Seattle Grunge I dove back to my roots. I spent years listening to the classics Buddy Holly, Cash Momma’s and the Poppa’s, Waylen Jennys, Crosby Still Nash & Young, The Dead, Black Sabbath & Uriah Heap. Two years ago I swung back through the 90’s hitting up Dre's, Kid Rock, Slim Shaddy, Alice in Chains, and the rest of the moody 90’s hard rock. Now what? Well, I found this station and spend 5 hours a day at work exploring all the things I could never afford to. I'm old school, never downloaded as song or burned a cd from the computer. Now that I have access to all the music on Pandora I'm a beast!!! Give me a riff, hook or something just off the beaten path and I'm in. Just book marked Clutch, COC, Fuman Chu, Rage Against the Machine & Freya. I didn't know these bands existed other than Rage a year ago. I think I need to buy an IPOD.
