Hey. I'm Sonia, and at sixteen years old I believe that I have a lot of influence from the people who surround my life and everything else around me. But most of all I have a lot of influence from the music I've grown up on. Because my parents surrounded my life with all different types of music and told me a bit about them and the artist, I grew up with a playlist unlike all my other friends. Now that some of these artists are becoming more popular in the "mainstream", I feel proud to say that I somewhat contributed to sharing it.
My guitar, a pen, and paper are how I try to get all my thoughts down. I've only written about 6 solid songs, but most of the people who hear like them. The songs are mostly about things I and many others experience through out the day. I get inspired easily by everyday life, and some of the things we see, hear, and think.
