I like classical, acoustic guitar, classic rock, and progressive rock (not necessarily in that order). Artists such as Richard Strauss, Stravinsky, Respighi, Debussy, Copland, Chopin, Billy Joel, Elton John, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Yes, Genesis, Rush, Renaissance, the Beatles, and many, many more. Genres I don't like: Rap/hip-hop, Country, most "pop" music, most rock music since the mid to late 90s. Today's singers try to "over-sing" everything and add too much drama. They overemphasize consonants and hold on to notes far too long.
