Uhh, i run a lot, every day, and I have to have good music to keep me going. I listen to a lot of different stuff, from punk rock to indie to alternative and just rock. The louder the better, and it has to have good lyrics. I can't stand country, pop, or anything too sappy. Slow music is ok sometimes. Here's some of my favorite bands: The Hives, Queens of the Stoneage, Spoon, We Are Scientists, Arctic Monkeys, Bright Eyes, Bloc Party, Elefant, Hard-Fi, Hot Hot Heat, Louis XIV, and White Stripes.
