I worked for many Detroit area rock bands in the 60's. I moved to California in 1972 and worked in the audio industry becoming president of Black Acoustics, a maker of high-end loudspeakers. Though I moved on to working with computers, I never lost my love of music.

In 2001, I started assembling a vast .mp3 collection from my vinyl discs and CD's. Thanks to the nature of the internet and services like Pandora, I have been able to learn about artists and listen to songs that I was never exposed to during the time when they were current. I find experiencing these "lost" artists and their music exhilarating.

Recently, I have done work as a DJ on KUCI FM in Irvine, CA. I am always looking for songs to add to my collection for personal listening and for airplay. Though I like great music regardless of genre and era, I am most excited about garage rock played with a passion.
