Music has long been a form of liberation for me. Growing up, I got stuck listening to my parents' favorite radio stations, chock full of AM gold 'til your ears bled. The brightest moments for me were when the occasional 'alternative' hits that everyone else listened to made it onto the station. As a teenager, I was finally able to start collecting the music that I liked, that was a statement of my own identity. I re-discovered 80's alternative, followed by heavy metal in college, and within the past five years I've discovered trance techno. Pandora Radio is a fabulous source for me to learn and explore more of my favorite music, and soar with the rhythm!
