I love all music, especially rock. I was weened on music in the early '80's, a lot of my interests came from my older brother. Zeppelin, the Replacements, Sabbath and Ozzy, Def Leppard, Prince, U2. I go to shows a lot, still, and dig deeper into music each day, month, year. I will travel to where my bands and artists are. I love Mark Lanegan and anything he is associated with. Music is life, it has saved mine many a time. It is expression, free expression. I started really into hard rock, and I still love metal and rock. My interests are more diverse now. But I still love metal, I love Nirvana, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam. I am a huge Dylan and Prince fan. I love Miles Davis, AC-DC, Broken Teeth, Iron Maiden, Motley Crue, Black Crowes, Tom Petty, Afghan Whigs, Twilight Singers, Too Short, the Doors, Fleetwood Mac, Mos Def, Tommy Stinson, Scott Weiland, STP, Velvet Revolver, Guns 'n' Roses, pre- 1991 Metallica, Foo Fighters, My Chemical Romance, the Cult. I could go on forever. Music affords me the opportunity to escape into worlds of emotion and fantasy and to meet incredible people. Music is life, and I love life.
