Hey y'all...
I was referred to Pandora by a couple of co-workers (bless you boys) and the experience has been really cool. I grew up in a small town in northeastern Ohio and remember a radio always being on. My folks listened to a lot of rock and country. As a kid, I remember having songs I really liked but couldn't say they were predominantly from one genre or another. As a teenager, my tastes were strictly rock & roll. I know this will date me but I was all about metal and hairbands. I went through a country faze sometime after college, but now days I still find rock to be my favorite genre. I must admit that I have become really into the lighter acoustic stuff (could it be because I'm getting old, I don't know...) I like quite a few of those "coffee-house acts". Hootie and the Blowfish are probably my favorite band. I've seen them like six times, and I've never seen a bad performance. You may notice one of my "stations" is chiken fried radio. A friend of my girlfriend kinda turned us onto the Zac Brown Band. Who knows, I may start listening to country again. Late!
