We have reconciled a reconsolidated transaction, upon further renegotiation and any need for liquidation of assets has been postponed and all liabilities have been permanently lifted. We are the enightened ones.
Synesthesia sounds like a condition that is appointed to the great artists and poets of human history. Maybe Bon Dylan has this, and doesn't even realize it. Interesting.
SOYCD - The music on this is just breathtaking. Ambient and flowing. Blistering sax and guitar work. It weaves into soft and fast with ease and soars withot limit. - Synesthesia is a neurological disorder. Look it up as it is a great read about something that needs far more research. Others to be said to have it include: Billy Joel, Nikola Tesla, Franz Liszt, and Duke Ellington. - Back to the song, the boys put a lot into this piece and it shows. It is beautiful, longing, and even no
@crazydiamondusa never heard of that condition. If I offended anyone, I apologize. I just believe that you can interpret lyrics to suit your own agenda. Don't want to get into an argument. I pay more attention to the music than the lyrics. Peace!
Larrydouglas, you should not tell people how to listen to music or what is important or not. Syd had a condition known as synesthesia; he could hear colors, which had a great deal to with how he created music. The civil rights movement of crazy people (the C/X/S Movement) frequently embraces this song as an anthem, precisely because of the lyrics. We are a people at great risk and in the USA, vilified, incarcerated & forced into soul-sucking treatment (drugging & electroshock)
Rev Bob. Think that the fact that "wish you were here" is a tribute to Syd was confirmed several years ago. Try not to pay so much attention to the lyrics. Listen to the MUSIC!
I totally agree with Rev Rob on his comment on the album Wish You Were Here. Having grown up at the time and being an original Floyd fan from the Barrett era there is just no better way to put it.
I wish Dad weren't watching the game so I could truly experience this masterpiece.

How the heck am I supposed to get my work done when this comes on! All I can do is kick back in my chair, close my eyes and take the trip. So damn mind blowing.
Just think. If we didn't have Pink Floyd, we wouldn't have Tool- well we might've had only a few good songs from them. Life would be totally different O.O
I ran out to get this album as soon as it came out and was totally blown away as this song slowly revealed itself. What a great followup to dark side of the moon. I've been listening to PF for decades. Love it!
sirarmysuit49, did you live next door to me in san diego in the 70's? ha! anything that stops me in my tracks every time i experience it- for 40 years- is magnificent!
When I was young, you either went to discos or you went to see Pink Floyd and the Zep. I didn't go to any discos.... thankyou boyzzzzz for some of the best music of all time.
