I am an amatuer musician - primary performance instrument is drums, I also play bass guitar - and my band The Torpedoes plays out locally about once a month. We also recorded our own CD of all original music, which I hope to add to the Pandora library. I have very eclectic tastes in music - I like just about everything but lean toward classic rock, reggae, and ska. I also love classical music, primarily JS Bach (choral, organ, and orchestral works), Mozart (symphonies and operas), Rameau, Schubert (symphonies), Tchiakovsky (symphonies and ballets), Brahms, Beethoven, Couperin, Handel. I enjoy Rennaisance dances and sacred music. I love big band music and early jazz from the 20s and 30s - Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Bix Biederbecke, Duke Ellington - and also Squirrel Nut Zippers. Classic country is also a favorite - George Jones, Ray Price, Patsy Cline to name a few. I'm also developing a love for bluegrass. The more you love music, the more music you love.....
