People often ask me: "What is it like to be Michael McGrath?" Well, George Harrison would have responded something like: "Well, I do not know. What it would be like not to be..." Thomas Merton would have responded that the question is the answer. As for me, I think Spongebob Squarepants would have responded best, using what he termed his imagination. After all, imagination is the source of all the great myths, legends and stories this world has ever known, from the first sounds of thunder that must have scared the sandals off the ancient Greeks to the mysterious Hurricane that the poor Tainos had to endure before the harassment of the Spaniard. Already, after reading all of this, you must have a clearer picture of me, but a better a question would be: "Who are you?" and "Why are you reading this?"
