Im 37 years old. I am a wife 17 years this October. I am also the proud mother of two beautiful and healthy children. My daughter is 13 and my son is 10. I was born in Biloxi, Ms and was raised in Texas. I guess you you could say my love of music started with my two wonderful parents. My dad says I used to shake in my crib to Steppenwolf "Born to be Wild". My parents exposed me to all sorts of music. We would listen to anything from Willie Nelson,CCR, Marvin Gaye, to Dire Straits. I have fond memories of my cousin and I singing Debbie Boone, Linda Ronsdat, and the Commodores. My mother would take us to MS every summer and holidays so we could grow up knowing our entire family, since they are all from MS. I have tried to expose my kids to the same array of music that my parents have. My daughter loves just about anything, but prefers the hip new stuff right now. My son, he's my old rock n roller, he loves the old stuff. As I have gotten older I have gotten older I absolutely love the blues and just old stuff my parents used to play. I will usually be listening to Keb Mo,Johnny Lee Hooker, Johnnie Lang, Susan Tedeschi, (love to sing Just Won't Burn)and Ry Cooder. I have some cd's that I have made with any thing from Van Morrison to Heart to Al Green to Etta James. If you were to drive by me I would be belting it out in my souther soul kinda way, for a white girl Ha! Ha! Oh and the tunes would be as loud as they would go. I would love to go to New Orleans listen to some good blues and have a few beers( red draw) that is. Hopefully this Pandora will broaden my horizons in the blues and anything else I might like. I just want to thank my Daddy for showing me this website, I love you!!!!!! Hope I wasnt toooooo long winded. Oh! Just remember I love anything that gets down and makes your insides even wanna move!!!!!
