Hard rock music is turning into a lost art. Less rock bands are playing every year and leaving us with crappy emo music and rap(rap is not music). People need to be shown what real music is. Real music that inspires people to go out and rock instead feeling sorry for yourself and cutting yourself, or rap that people only like because MTV told them to and are to damn ignorant to even try to listen to anything else. Rock music used to be the power house of the music industry with so many kick-a** bands but most of them are sadly retired. There are still bands out there keeping real rock alive. I try to show people bands they have never heard of to get more bands out in the open. One of these bands some people do not like because they say to many of their songs sound alike, this may be so in a scense but the truth is these guys have taken rock to the next level while keeping the old rock styles strong. The band is DragonForce. The insane guitar playing and the vocals have given this band a name for themselves and much praise and they deserve it. This band is just what the world needed to get rock back into perspective. We need more bands like this to show that the rock culture is still strong.
I listen to a lot of rock music including bands like Edguy, Hammerfall, Kamelot, and DragonForce of course but also a lot of bands from the 80's. I listen to a wide range of music from all time periods but rock has allways been my prime. I stay away from songs with too many emotions, I hate that emo s**t. I don't understand you people who listen to that s**t. You think your life sucks, so does everyone elses so stop b**ching. No emo, No rap, Rock forever! B**ches
