If Pandora were a person, he/she would probably speak with the voice of Eric Cartman "I do what I want!" Like life and fate (and one's career trajectory) - it will mostly go in whatever direction it wants and you may head down some roads with potholes, and you'll end up pulling off the side of the road (giving up on the station) lol. I've found some great new music and some old classics that I've forgotten about through this, which makes it cool, even though there are now other options. It's still one of the greatest IMO.
I agree with the great composer Sir Edward Elgar:

2. TRAIN NEW PEOPLE with a manual that is current.
3. Don't expect someone to read your mind when they don't know you, what you expect, what is supposed to be done, etc...
