I'm a 60 year old SGWM, a BEAR, who's loves are great books, recordings, and films, and also great food. I also love to discuss and chat, review and compare these things, so why not contact me and let's chew the fat on these subjects. Give a shout! Born in Lincoln, Maine; grew up in Milford, Maine; went to Old Town High School, graduated with High Honors in 1966; went to CMVTI in Auburn, Maine; was in printing all my life; I owe my interest in literature to two wonderful teachers, Miss Dickinson, and Evelyn Shaw, who set the fire inside me to read....I am forever thankful for the two of you. I self-educated myself in classical music and opera. These are two more fires that I am fortunate to have burning inside me. I have built an awsome cd collection of all types of music, but basically classical and opera. I also am an avid film buff, with enormous laserdisc and dvd collections ranging through all genres of film. Interests Books (Historical Books; Biographies; Civil War; Mysteries; Music History, etc. Music (Classical; Opera; 50's, 60's, 70's and some 80's rock and roll and pop; Big Band, Jazz, Broadway Shows; Folk; Country & Western. Films of all types. Always interested in computers and graphic & illustration softwear and creating with them!
