I'm a fantasy/SF geek whose taste in music can best be described as "eclectic," tending not so much towards anything in particular but rather away from a couple styles (namely modern country-western and mainstream rap/hip-hop). I was raised primarily on the music of the 50s and 60s, but came of age (so to speak) on the alternative rock/grunge scene of the mid-90s. My first tape was the Cranberry's "No Need to Argue," and my first CD was Jagged Little Pill. That's for rock. My parents introduced me to metal, actually, through the influence of Jimi Hendrix and Jefferson Airplane, as well as to the old country gunfighter ballads, jazz, classical, folk (notably the Chieftans), and even new age.
hmmm. typo in the chorus. should be all too well. Definitely intended to be about a one-night stand (or other short-term hookup), but one of the only good songs from Horrorscope.
