I've been revolving on this planet for 59 years, and, for me, it is music that makes the world go around. I'm certain that all of you are suddenly taken back in time when certain songs play. That is the power of music. It reminds of you of people, of sights, and events. That is the beauty of music. I came into my own, music wise, during the turbulent, vibrant, and colorful sixties and seventies, when hippies ruled the world. It is not surprising then that my musical tastes turn to British and American rock, as well as the folk singers who made us stop and think about what we were doing to Mother Earth and to each other. Want to set me at ease? Play just about any Pink Floyd song and I'm there. Want to make me laugh AND cry? Play Queen to remind me of the indominatable Freddie Mercury. Voices I love: Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, Annie Lennox, and even John Denver. The list goes on and on and on, but I'll stop there. It is fairly easy to play music I like, but I will add that there can't be too much sad country music or Whitie-bashing rap. Even I have my limits! Happy listening!
