In my Late teens I worked in radio as a DJ, color commentator, etc. I Loved finding bands and solo artists and listening to all types of music from all decades. I've always liked finding the "unknown musicians that I felt were going to make the "big time". My past no namers that became "big timers" includes jimmy buffet, john cougar, tom petty, alan parsons, just to name a few good ones. I really like musicians and lyricists with music orchestras implemented in sometimes, i.e. moody blues, fleetwood mac. I also like some music from other countries (british pop). I'm not particulary happy with where today's music has headed. Not as many musicians and a lot of singer's without much individuality. Still, Keane, Coldplay, and imagine Dragons show there's still hope. Llike everything, the pendulum swings and with it, changes in attitudes and music.
