I was under the impression that there wasn't any REAL music being produced in the world today...then I found Pandora and it opened my eyes to a whole world of music and artists that I'd have never known existed. It sickens me that the majority of mainstream music is such crap! That the real artists with real talent and something real to say have to work their asses off to get in the spotlight, but it is handed over so easily to the biggest bling, best T&A, or catchy hook. Being a singer/songwriter myself, I found this very discouraging. Do I have to be a sellout to make it in the music biz? Thank you Pandora for giving me hope! Now I know that I'm not the only one who still believes that music is an art. That there is a whole world full of people out there looking for something real in what they listen to. That I have potential to be heard. It's people like you that give me the inspiration to keep singing. Thank-you.
