Don't you think that calling metal heads 'simple-mind e d folk' is just a tad-bit judgmental in itself? Typical QOTSA fan snobbery, and that's coming from a QOTSA fan...
QOTSA has the unique ability to make every album different from the previous albums, yet keep a QOTSA feel to it. Only other bands that can pull that off are Pearl Jam, NIN, Primus, Korn, and a few others that I can't recall. I really love the Era Vulgaris album. Make It Wit Chu is one of my all-time favorite QOTSA songs.

Haters can piss off, good band, good song, unique sound - and no, it ain't "heavy metal" and thank god for that. If I wanted "heavy metal" I'd listen to one fo the 40,000 metal bands that all sound the same, but luckily I'm listening to something different - QOTSA...
