Hybrid hard rockers Reveille formed in the small town of Harvard, MA. The band rose out of the ashes of singer/songwriter Drew Simollardes' and guitarist Steve Miloszewski's former groups, keeping Simollardes' drummer, Justin Wilson, and Milosznewski's guitarist, Greg Sullivan. After recruiting bassist Carl Randolph, the five-piece band recorded a six-song demo that caught the attention of a music agent, who brought Reveille to the attention of major labels. A showcase at CBGB created further interest in the band and earned Reveille a deal with Elektra Records, who released their debut album Laced in 1999. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi
Seen and met both bands multiple times. Did some street team s**t for Genuflect. Both bands f**k the set up live. Talked to Sully the other day and he is out of Genuflect. To be honest I think Drew stands alone. Really hoping he can put something together cause "End of the World" is a f**king sick record. Check them out on Myspace if you have an account.
Eh, Limited Charecters. All Resepect to RATM.love them..but the comparison is a bit off..it would be like comparing Jay-Z to Tech n9ne..what is the standard or bar? Drew is involved in Rap-Metal..Zack=Rap-Rock..Durst-WrapLipsRoundDicks. Rage is like Nirvana to me, i love them but i couldn't replay them anymore...as i've matured so has my Tastes...Reveille/Genuflect..HANDS DOWN..or UP however the voting is done..ha. eitherway..much respect to all the metalheads in a hiphop World.
..yeah sullivan..although they had more than one guitarist.he was the lead...and why do people say they sound like rage? neither band Drew is in ever sounded like RATM or bizkit the only thing in the world like them is about the only similarities is i hear rock n 2 guys rap'n to them...and yeah neither have a Baritone/Deep voice...i LOVE all three bands.(RATM,Reveille,Genuflect)i like Drews lyrical content better (Personally, don't fkn flame me, haha) or do fk it..like what i like..
This stuff takes me back farther than their debut. Ok, imagine its 1997, and Limp Bizkit brings on Eminem as their lead singer while they're still pseudo-metal and he's still white. That should be a reality show.
I think there is an error. The barbershop quartet is listed under this page. They are clearly not the same guys as are described here.

Awesome band and 2 awesome albums. I think it was good they all split because they didn't put out a bad record. Saw them Ozzfest 2000 and they were very good live.

I love both albums - killing tracks, hard beats, good lyrics... It's really too bad they aren't together anymore or didn't release more music....
