Wooow!! An AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL song!! You can really hear Sade's vocals on this song!! It's a bittersweet song filled with sadden emotion but thankfulness to have at least something, such as pearls!!
I never knew there was a poweful vocal version of this song. I was familiar only through David Sanborn's amazing sax rendition. Even without the devestatingl y beautiful lyrics I get choked up whenever I hear it. Thanks Pandora!
