When a mutual friend introduced Germans Frank Spinath and Martin Vorbroot to each other, they both felt their personalities were too different to form a successful band. Soon, however, the contradictions started working in their favor, and the diverse electro-industrial sound of Seabound was born. One of their demos caught the attention of Dependent Records and the label released their debut, No Sleep Demon, in 2001. Tours of Europe and America with Covenant and Stromkern followed and in 2002, the American label Metropolis signed the band. Metropolis issued their second album, Beyond Flatline, in 2004. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
While I love Seabound, this is the one song that hits home, especially with D. Meyer remixing the song, I could be imagining things, but everything that D. Meyer touches is amazing.
SO incredible. Been listening to Seabound since their first album and every song I love absolutely.

Seabound is very hit-or-miss for me... but good grief, those that hit do so with severe intensity. I can listen to Torch or Avalost on repeat for hours.

Love this version! LA show was amazing during the last tour...Reagan Jones of Iris sang this song as a duet with Frank.
I really enjoined this very talent group. Now and then Pandora will play something I have never heard and right off the bat I am taken by it. This is one of those groups. I have an extensive range of taste in music and a collection beyond belief, but I will definately add this to an already diverse and massive collection.

Love this band.Love similar artists, not for the fact that they sound alike, but the thoughts and images the songs provoke.
These guys sound alot like Covenant and the lead singer sounds like Eskil from Covenant. I almost thought this was a Covenant side project w/Eskil singing lead. Cool tune indeed. This website is great!
I was listening to a German Goth EBM station online they played Sapphire from Double-Crosser. The word seductive comes to mind for those of dark of nature.
I saw Seabound last night in Austin, TX - they were fabulous! Wonderful live show, great energy, couldn't stop dancing...I was happily surprised, because I'd never heard them before. I went on the recommendation of some close friends whose opinions I trust and I wasn't disappointed. Looking forward to finding out more about them.
