I want to hear Paul Simon singing this ... maybe I'll have to track that down. Although this is lovely. I assume this is one of the first performances of this song? It's a little less overwrought than other performances I've heard ... I LOVE the song either way, but this is particularly nice.

In high school, 1970, we sang this in our choir. A soloist and full choir. Brought the house down, and to tears, whenever we performed it. Just a beautiful classic.
