Best known as drummer for Nine Inch Nails and formerly Lostprophets, Rubin illustrates via The New Regime that he is not just a drummer. Rubin a multi-instrumentalists spanning guitar, piano, bass, synths, and more, plays, writes, and sings everything heard on The New Regime recordings. "Speak Through The White Noise" is Rubin's second release and was written and recorded in a time spanning 2 years on and off the road.
