Paul said to praise God with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. The form really doesn't matter; I like everything from Gregorian chants to Third Day. What's important is that we show our Lord Jesus the gratitude and obedience that He deserves (Romans 12:1,2). Think about it; He's made it possible for us to live in ETERNAL joy and freedom....ETERNAL...not for just today or tomorrow, but for always. If that's not reason to shout and sing, then nothing is. Thank you, blessed God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit for not leaving me in the pain and brokenness. Thank you.
