I'm vegan, but I started out as a vegetarian. Since I don't eat any animal foods at all, I eat a variety of foods to keep a good supply of nutrients available. Living in Baton Rouge Louisiana and not eating any animal products is rare. More people here eat meat, watch TV, love sports and rarely read than anyplace I have ever been. I don't have a TV, can't stand television, hate sports and have to read a book a day. I get used romance books at The Book Exchange. I also listen to music all night and day. Pandora is a dream come true. The QuickMix is great.
