Sheer pop-goth delight, 99% feminine, and tirelessly earnest without ever taking you beyond the comfortable and familiar, "Lady's Breath" is seeded with Bjork and The Gathering, but pains have been taken to trim away the Lacuna Coil and Theater of Tragedy bedfellows of the latter, yielding up an interchangeably atmospheric and folksy girl-music station for men. Men with balls admit they dig this stuff. In making this station, I discovered more one-off projects of the female singer/male programmer variety than I knew existed in the music world (Soma Sonic, Frou Frou, Mono, Curve, Lamb, Thee Heavenly Music Association, etc). I try to coax the station to keep coming up with guitar-based as well as electronic music, but admittedly, it is heavier on the latter.
