Wrong Album Art?

We are currently experiencing a problem that causes some incorrect album cover art to be displayed. It's a pretty small percentage, but often quite humorous when it happens. We are working on a fix.

If you're listening to Pandora on your computer, include the following:

• What exactly do you see here? Is there an error message (if so, what does it say)?
• Are you listening at home or at work?
• What Browser do you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)?
• What Operating System do you have (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 or Mac OS-X)?
• What Flash version do you have (Go here http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see that)?

If you're listening to Pandora on a mobile device:

• What is the make, model and carrier of your phone?
• Were you able to download the Pandora application successfully?
• What exactly is happening when you open the app?
• Is there an error message (if so, what does it say)?

If you're listening to Pandora on a home-listening device

• What is the manufacturer and model of the device?
• Were you able to set up Pandora on the device?
• Describe any other issues you're having with Pandora.
