Annette Kleinbard (lead singer, Teddy Bears) was my friend (she would probably remember me as "Chico").....we went to Louis Pasteur JHS (in West L.A.) together....She later changed her name to 'Carol Conners'...I also changed mine. I hope she is well and happy today. Annette later went on to Fairfax HS where she met Phil Spector...and, you probably know the rest!
The Teddy Bears: To Know Him Is To Love Him. It was the begining of Phil Spector's career. Phil left a huge treasure trove of hits. Then his nind migrated to borderline insanity. I guess the technology changed. Heck, the whole world changed. Well, THANK YOU Phil. Thank you and good by!
