He sang this song like he knew, "in that by and by." This is an anthem for all believers that know Christ is coming soon and have rested in the Lord, knowing all ears are listening for shofar to be sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise, and they that are alive and remain, shall be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. In the air, Bishop Hawkins, Thank you!
First time hearing it; I'm at work, but I'm about to GO IN!!!!

I too love this song! I will miss Bishop Hawkins' true musical annointing. The world and the gospel music industry have lost a giant. I can just imagine that he is writing and singing masterpieces in a firsthand account of the transition from mortality to immortality right about now. His music has blessed my life and my spiritual walk since the first day I believed and I want the world and his family to know it!
man I could listen to that choir sing "I'm Going Away I'm Going Away I'm Going Away I'm Going Away" over and over until Jesus comes back

Oh bless the Lord, all that is within me. For my father and friends that died recently I rejoice in knowing they were strong in the Lord and the power and his might. Gone Away...
