Come One Come All. I LOOVE THIS BAND. I love all of their music. I used to have all of their albums but they got stolen. Now I have to buy them again. What happened to you guys? Can you come back please? Thank yoy
the Flame passes on. I love this song. This is one of my very favorites and you've never heard of this band, you've really got to give them a check out because they are AWESOME. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE. You'll love their music. Give it a go please? Thank you.
Freedom is a great album. However, their first album, simply called Whiteheart, was one heck of a product. Steve Green on lead vocals, Dann Huff lead guitar (he's since produced about half the country artists in Nashville), Mark Geshmal and Billy Smiley. What an assembled piece of talent. This combination was short lived, but phenomenally talented.
White Heart's Freedom album is, in my opinion, not only their best album, but one of the best album's in all of Christian rock from the '80s and '90s. And Invitation sits on top of it all, with Let the Kingdom Come as a very close second.

The River will Flow. this song always hits home with me. Love it!!!
I was lucky enough to work with these guys several times and they are vastly overlooked as far as their music goes. I was able to get them added to the play lists of mainstream rock radio stations in Oregon where they stood up very well. Got a lot of requests for them once they started playing them. I compare them to YES in terms of musical stylings. I absolutely LOVE their rendition of the Little Drummer Boy.

I still have my Highlands tour shirt with autographs still intact. That was my favorite album. They were very good for christian rock and I agree with timd438 they will probably continue to be unrecognized for their quality of work.
You call this a White Heart bio?! I've been listening to them from the beginning, and there is much more to this band than personnel changes over the years. Their contribution to quality Christian rock endures and will probably continue to go overlooked.

I caught them when they released We Are His Hands and I picked up their 'Hotline' album after that. Great rock tunes, but albeit a decidedly 80's sound. That's why I never really got into them all that much. Great band for the time, though. Around that time, I took a decided liking for Degarmo & Key due to their clearer message and Dana Key's shining licks and Eddie D's great keyboard fills.
Freedom is definitely the best album they ever did, next would be Hotline and Dont Wait for the Movie.

If you like Freedom, you really need to check out Highlands. Little bit different sound but still very very good. Nothing But The Best, The Flame Passes On, and Excuse Me Forgive Me are some amazing songs.
