# 4) I have seen The Who on five different occasions and no one has ever complained about any live version of Won't Get Fooled Again. The electricity when you are there live in person during this song is indescribable. Everyone is on their feet belting it out with Daltrey and this just can not be captured on tape. # 5) We all know that we will not like any one performance the same way and I am grateful for any version of this song. Thanx for letting me ramble. Peace.
This is my favorite Who song ever. # 1) All right so we know that this is not the live version on The Kids Are Alright. #2) The Who are masters at the live performance and nothing is ever exactly the same and this is a good thing. # 3) Live recordings are always fickle because it depends on the mix and the recording equipment. Notice the absence of the crowd during the song so it is likely a sound board recording.
Oh, boo hoo hoo. It's such an awful version that it makes me cry. Give it a rest, people. There's nothing wrong with this version. It's simply a different live version. I actually like this version. Seriously, people just find nonsense to talk about, just to see their words on screen. ...not that I'M doing that. No, not ME... :-D

I think they we're using the cover of "Kids Are Alright" to depict the live version as it says!

Agree with the comments. This is a terrible live version of this song, and not the one from The Kids Are Alright.
yeah, i love this song, but did anybody think this version was weird? When did this one come out. It is not the version from the Kids Are Alright, no way.

Great song. Too bad we've been fooled again...and again...and again.....
I wonder just how many people didn't know that The Who recorded all three songs used in the CSI: series of shows? Until this year's Super Bowl, that is...
