Anyone hear of Willie Ziavino & his C.O.T band in Atlanta at the Loco Luna lounge. Plagiarism is the highest form of flattery Hard to tell whether its Yomo or Willie.

I met Yomo Toro in a Social Club in the Bronx, NY on 142 Street and 3rd Ave. It was called The Lucky Star. My mother used to work there and on Sundays they would play Dominoes in which he went almost every Sunday. And Yes, sometimes he would bring his soundful cuatro. Those were the good old days back in the 70s.
Sometime we forget to thank GOD for all the great musicians that help shape our life,they all great because they are so unique in their passion for MUSIC. thank you LORD!!!!!!!! ! ! ! !

He and his group did us the honor of playing at our wedding many years ago in our Tribecan loft on a cold and snowy day in January. ¡Gracias, Yomo!
