Pandora Premium for Students Terms & Conditions

Effective as of April 1, 2019

Pandora makes this offer for a discounted Subscription for Pandora Premium to Eligible Students ("Student Discount") subject the these offer terms and conditions ("Student Offer Terms"). These Student Offer Terms incorporate the Pandora Subscription Terms by reference, supplement them, and control in the event of a conflict between these Student Offer Terms and the Subscription Terms as it relates to the Student Discount. Terms capitalized and used but not defined in these Student Offer Terms have the meaning assigned to them in the Subscription Terms.

1. Eligibility & Verification.

In order to qualify for a Student Discount, you must meet the Eligibility Requirements set forth in the Subscription Terms in addition to being a student currently enrolled in a United States Title IV accredited higher education institution in the Authorized Territory as verified by our Verification Vendor ("Eligible Student(s)").

In order to determine your status as an Eligible Student, we require that you provide us with certain information described below regarding your status as a student (the "Verification Information"). We utilize SheerID Inc. (our "Verification Vendor") to collect and process this Verification Information, which includes your name, educational institution, email address, and date of birth. In some cases, our Verification Vendor may request additional documentation to establish your enrollment, such as a school-issued ID, class schedule, transcript, registration, or tuition receipt. Verification of enrollment status is valid for twelve (12) months from the date confirmed by our Verification Vendor. Eligible Students must re-verify their enrollment status through our Verification Vendor every twelve (12) months during the Discount Period to continue receiving the Student Discount. You acknowledge and agree that Pandora and our Verification Vendor may process, share, store, and use your Verification Information consistent with the terms of our respective privacy policies (Pandora, SheerID Inc.).

2. Duration.

The Student Discount is available for a maximum of four (4) consecutive years ("Discount Period"). The Discount Period commences on the first date you (i) are verified as an Eligible Student by our Verification Vendor, (ii) elect the Student Discount, and (iii) provide and/or confirm valid payment information. If you have an existing Subscription, you will either be charged a prorated amount if your current Subscription Fee is less than the Student Discount Fee (such as in the case of Pandora Plus) or otherwise the Student Discount Fee will take effect on your next billing date. Your Student Discount Subscription will convert to a full-priced Pandora Premium Subscription and you will be billed at the then-current Fee for Pandora Premium plus Applicable Taxes as soon as you: (w) cease to be an Eligible Student, (x) fail to re-verify your enrollment status, (y) have reached the end of your Discount Period, or (z) you cancel your Student Discount Subscription. You may regain the Student Discount Subscription if your Discount Period has not lapsed and you are able to re-verify your enrollment status as an Eligible Student. In such an event, you will be charged the current Fee for the Student Discount Subscription at the commencement of the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation; Refunds.

You may cancel your Student Discount Subscription at any time by following the instructions set forth in Section 6 of the Subscription Terms. You acknowledge that Pandora offers no refunds or credits for partial monthly Subscriptions.

4. Changes in Fees; Availability of Student Discount.

Pandora reserves the right, consistent with Section 10 of the Subscription Terms, to change the Fee charged for the Student Discount, or to modify or cease offering the Student Discount at any time in its sole discretion. In the event Pandora ceases to offer the Student Discount, Pandora is under no obligation to permit any further Subscriptions for the Student Discount.
